vermonters grace potter and the nocturnals will hit the independent on divis tonight as they continue to tour behind last year's excellent this is somewhere.
grace potter & the nocturnals - ain't no time
local singer & songwriter brandi shearer will open. 14$. doors at 7:30p. this, gang, is a show (a tour), you don't want to miss. why? you ask. what kind of evidence you can you, a.g., possibly offer to support such a wildly unpersuasive & generic claim?
an excellent question. allow me to introduce the people's exhibits 1-3, harvested from a recent show (and by recent i mean, of course, two weeks ago) at birmingham's workplay theatre and including covers of both otis redding (!) and the steve miller band. there is, i should think, no better case to be made for your attendance at the independent tonight:
grace potter & the nocturnals - pain in my heart (live)
grace potter & the nocturnals - big white gate (live)
grace potter & the nocturnals - jet airliner (live)
