philly's dr. dog recorded live a handful of songs from their new album, fate, with steve lillywhite as part of an on-going series on world cafe. these guys are terrific - so too the new album - with their jaunty sixties-style beats and harmonies enveloped by a modern rock sensibility. if you're not familiar, you're in for a treat:
